Geismar Laydown is a strategically located Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) facility offering extensive outdoor storage solutions. With direct access to major transportation routes and featuring a purpose-built retention pond, this facility is ideal for equipment storage, material staging, and industrial operations requiring significant outdoor space.

Geismar Storage is in active construction and will be a storage facility with six 11,600 square foot units, designed to meet the diverse indoor storage needs of industrial clients within the Geismar area.

Arrowhead Laydown is a 20.32 usable acre Industrial Outdoor Storage (IOS) site designed to meet the demanding needs of modern industrial operations. This strategically positioned IOS facility offers expansive outdoor storage capabilities with excellent accessibility for heavy equipment and materials.

34472 Hwy 30 is a 22,000 sq ft industrial warehouse with Hwy 30 frontage, custom built to meet specific operational requirements.

Austin Industrial is a 15,000 sq ft industrial warehouse at 6170 Hwy 73, custom built to meet specific operational requirements.

Allredi Industrial is a 35,000 sq ft industrial warehouse at 10387 Airline Hwy, custom built to meet specific operational requirements.

Acadian Hills Industrial Park is a new Class A, rear-loaded, tilt-wall distribution park strategically located in Lafayette, Louisiana, at the northwest quadrant of the I-10 / I-49 interchange. Phase 1 will deliver a 150,000 SF modern distribution building that can be leased in full or subdivided into 50,000 SF and 75,000 SF suites.

Talon 68 is a ±25,100 SF Class A industrial building currently under construction on Highway 73 in the heart of the Geismar Industrial Corridor. The facility features approximately 2,100 SF of Class A office space and a ±23,000 SF clear-span warehouse with 26-foot eaves, ESFR fire suppression, and four 14' × 16' grade-level doors.

Delta is a two-building industrial warehouse park located in St. Gabriel, LA, at the corner of Delta Drive and Highway 74. One of Talon's earliest developments, the park features two ±12,000 SF office/warehouses on 2-acre lots with fenced and gated access, stabilized yards, and convenient proximity to the petrochemical corridor.
